Call for Applications: NATIONAL MEDIATION COMPETITION SAMADHAN

This is to announce that the SAMADHAN - The Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, School of Law, NMIMS, Indore is organizing its 1st  National Mediation Competition in collaboration with Singhania & Partners, Nishith Desai Associates, Economic Laws Practice, International Arbitration and Mediation Centre, YCM India, Manupatra, MediateGuru, and Lawctopus in hybrid mode. Preliminary Round: 1st April, 2024 (Online)

Competition Date: 12 to 14th April, 2024(Offline)

This event aims to provide a platform for law students nationwide to showcase their skills in ADR while focusing on the intricacies of the legal profession.

In light of the same, we will allot 2 team from our college to participate in the competition.

We request the interested teams to apply for the competition and the selection will be based on the order of ranking in the Internal Ranking Rounds ( Mediation Ranks), 2023 - 24.

The procedure for application will be:

1. Name and Register Number of the members of the Team.

2. Rank of the Team in the Internal Mediation Ranking Rounds, 2023 - 24.

3. Team Code.

4. Phone No. of any one Team member.

All the applications must be sent to adrallotment@law.christuniversity.in with the subject line, "NATIONAL MEDIATION COMPETITION SAMADHAN"

Any team not complying with the procedure of application will not be considered.

​Please state the Preference of your biddings if the teams are bidding for more than one competition.

The deadline for applications is 21st March 2024 (11:00 PM). No queries for extension shall be entertained.
