CFA-SAMAHAR 2025 || NATIONAL MEDIATION AND NEGOTIATION COMPETITION || CADR, NLU DELHI AND NEEV FOUNDATION FOR LEGAL AID

We are pleased to announce that the Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution, National Law University Delhi, and NEEV Foundation for Legal Aid will be hosting the SAMAHAR 2025 - India's First and Exclusive National Mediation and Negotiation Competition on Matrimonial Law, scheduled to be held online from 13th to 14th September 2025.

This event aims to provide a platform for law students nationwide to showcase their skills in ADR while focusing on the intricacies of the legal profession.

In light of the same, we will allot 2 teams from our college to participate in the competition.

We request the interested teams to apply for the competition, and the selection will be based on the order of ranking in the Internal Ranking Rounds (Mediation Ranks), 2024 - 25.

The procedure for the application will be:

1. Name, Class, Registration Number, and Attendance of the members of the Team.

2. Team Code.

3. Rank of the Team in the Internal Mediation Ranking Rounds, 2024 - 25.

4. POC Email ID and Phone No.

All the applications must be sent to adrallotment@law.christuniversity.in with the subject line, "APPLICATION - SAMAHAR 2025 || NATIONAL MEDIATION AND NEGOTIATION COMPETITION || CADR, NLU DELHI AND NEEV FOUNDATION FOR LEGAL AID"

Any team not complying with the application procedure will not be considered.

The deadline for applications is 12th June 2025 (11:59 PM). No queries for extension shall be entertained.
