Call for Application: 7th RGNUL National Sports and Entertainment Law Mediation Competition 2025

This is to announce that the 7th Edition of the RGNUL Sports and Entertainment Law Mediation Competition (SEMC) 2025, to be held from 25th to 27th April 2025 organised by the Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution, RGNUL in collaboration with Dr. P.C. Markanda Chair on ADR.

The 7th SEMC will be held in an in-person mode in the lush campus of RGNUL, Patiala, Punjab. There shall be multiple preliminary rounds followed by quarter-final rounds, semi-final rounds, and the final round.

This event aims to provide a platform for law students nationwide to showcase their skills in ADR while focusing on the intricacies of the legal profession.

In light of the same, we will allot 1 team from our college to participate in the competition.

We request the interested teams to apply for the competition, and the selection will be based on the order of ranking in the Internal Ranking Rounds (Mediation Ranks), 2024 - 25.

The procedure for application will be:

1. Name and Register Number of the members of the Team.

2. Rank of the Team in the Internal Mediation Ranking Rounds, 2024 - 25.

3. Team Code.

4. Phone No. of any one Team member.

All the applications must be sent to adrallotment@law.christuniversity.in with the subject line, "7th RGNUL National Sports and Entertainment Law Mediation Competition 2025."

Any team not complying with the procedure of application will not be considered.

The deadline for applications is 14th April 2024 (6:30 AM). No queries for extension shall be entertained.
